Designed especially for conducting the ASTM and N.G.P.A. Copper Strip Corrosion Test of Liquefied Petroleum Gas. Conforms to ASTM "D1838" and N.G.P.A. "Publication 2140" standards.
Test Cylinder model LK-TB200 is made entirely of stainless steel and has an O-ring seal which will hold pressure when tightened by hand. No wrench is necessary. The O-ring can be easily removed for replacement. Needle Valves are also stainless steel and have 1/4" male pipe threads with union seats for standard gas fittings.

Although this item is new to our website, we have manufactured and stocked this cylinder for nearly a decade. Due to the recent ASTM mandate for this procedure to be performed, and subsequent increase in demand, we have added it to our listing.
The test cylinder LK-TB300 is made from solid stainless steel bar stock - no welds. It is knurled on the body and cap so that it can be sealed and opened by hand. The cap seals securely against an o-ring, which can be easily removed and replaced as it becomes necessary. It can be used in either a wet bath or the test cylinder heater below.

Available in 12VDC or 115VAC, each unit will accommodate 4 corrosion test cylinders. Each heater is thermostatically controlled and factory set at 100°F. A built-in thermometer assures accuracy and confidence. This heater was designed and built for Class I, Group D, Division II areas.
